Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

FabricbySinghanias Cancellation Policy:

Fabricbysinghanias usually dispatch products within 24 working hours. Hence, canceling an order will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is dispatched, then cancellation is not possible and will not be considered.

In the above case, a Transaction Processing Fees of 10% shall be deducted from the payment.

Fabricbysinghanias Refund Policy:

* We do not have a Refund Policy. However, we will be able to give you a credit note or Exchange for the same amount of Purchase Order as before dispatch the order. 

Fabricbysinghanias has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if the item is faulty or not what you had ordered. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from Fabricbysinghanias, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedback at. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.

In case the product is received in damaged condition or the wrong item is received:

Every one of our Fabrics is carefully and tediously hand-crafted. It is a piece of our soul and the sweat and struggle of our weavers. Our products go through stringent Quality Checks before they are cataloged and sold and before they reach you. 

However, there is always a remote possibility that the item could be damaged during transit i.e. the outer packing of the product is partially open, damaged, or tampered with, or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Immediately mail details of the condition of the package with pictures, signs of tampering, and other details that are visible to you, to or call +91 9063253310 before accepting the package from the courier agency, and they will shortly revert back to you.

In case of any discrepancy, you may refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable and sufficient remarks on the proof of delivery. The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency so that Fabricbysinghanias could take up the matter with them to prevent such occurrences in the future.

In such cases where your ordered item is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the requested email or WhatsApp with images of defect of an item is made by you within 24 hours from the receipt of the package.

Before returning any product, always contact the Fabricbysinghanias Team at or on WhatsApp at +91 9912233310 within 24 hours of receipt of such product. Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Fabricbysinghanias shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, based on the customer’s emails.

After validating your return request over email, we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have an attachment containing the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill it with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package, and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days  of our sending the authorizing email.

 * In case any product is returned without confirmation, Fabricbysinghanias does not guarantee any credit note or replacement of the product.

* Kindly retain all packaging materials and the product until receipt of instructions from Fabricbysinghanias regarding the same.

Post- receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your credit note in the appropriate amount. 

Refunds in case of damaged/wrong products are made as follows:

The payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking)/bank deposit then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

Refunds in case of dissatisfaction with the product are made as follows:

There are no refunds possible in this scenario

Note:  In this case, the reverse shipping cost has to be borne by the customer. In case any Customs Duty / Tax is levied, the same also has to be borne by the customer.

Notwithstanding the above, Fabricbysinghanias is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or give credit note (Before dispatching the order). Fabricbysinghanias shall have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.

Returns / Refunds in Case of Customized Products:

The products which are Customized, Altered, or Tailored are not eligible for Return / Refund / Cancellation.


Please note that products purchased during Festive / Promotional Sales are not eligible for Return / Refund/Exchange.

Partial Refunds:

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Fabricbysinghanias is unable to deliver certain products, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Fabricbysinghanias shall agree to refund the amount against such non-deliverable products.


The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, etc.) as shown on the website of Fabricbysinghanias are only approximate and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control.

Fabricbysinghanias firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that the colors seen on the monitor can be slightly different as compared to the color of the actual products due to variation of color settings and capabilities of computer monitors, or other computer-related differences/limitations of the computer system.

Hand-crafted products might have slight irregularities. These add to the unique charm of these products.

Pre-order Terms & Conditions :

  • A Pre-ordered product cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

  • An order for the product is taken only after the payment is received.

  • In the case of delay or the ordered product is not delivered, it will be informed to the client in the time period and we will refund the exact and only the amount paid by the client at the time of order placement for a particular product.
